Consultation
We will meet with you and discuss your goals, expectations and introduce you to the benefits of home staging by using our 8-Step Action Plan. We will provide some examples of before and after transformations. After viewing each room of your home, an appropriate package will be suggested for future consideration.  

Staging Day (1/2 Day)
This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention or are less than 2,000 square feet. Hudson Valley Staging will be working from our 8-Step Action Plan to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of your home. We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agents marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase. 

Staging Day (Full Day)
This service is for those homes that need a little more attention or are over 2,000 square feet. We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home. You won’t believe the difference a day can make! You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look. 

Printed Detailed Action Plan (for the ‘do-it-yourselfers’)
In order to complete the look yourself, a printed detailed Action Plan is available. I will spend one hour with you going through your home taking notes using our easy walk-through guide, approaching each room as a buyer would, gathering first impressions and noticing details. The completed plan will then be e-mailed to you.
